Hong Kong, China, May 12, 2011 /Xinwengao.com/ - Chongqing, China (May 12, 2011) /Xinwengao.com/ — The Asian Gastronomic Awards of Excellence (AOE) launched its very own Hall of Fame in 2009 to cohere progressed recognition for industry players and establishments who play elemental roles in cementing the food and beverage (F&B) scene in Singapore. In its first year of inauguration, the Asian Gastronomic Awards of Excellence Hall of Fame saw a total of nine individuals and establishments being inducted. These Asian Gastronomic Awards of Excellence recipients consist of chefs, sommeliers, restaurants and culinary institutes. Not only are they the fundamental forces within the industry, they have also proven their mettle in all of Singapore.
