British Airways Promises Best Available Fare in China for Booking Through ba.com
Beijing, China (November 15, 2007) /China Newswire/ — British Airways announced today that the company has launched a best price promise in China for bookings at ba.com effective immediately. The promise will ensure that customers will receive a price difference refund if they find exactly the same British Airways flight at a lower fare through another outlet in China.
If a customer books through ba.com and then finds a lower publicly available fare within 24 hours for the same route, sequence, date, flight number, booking class and ticket type anywhere in China, British Airways will match the lower fare and refund the difference to the customer.
"ba.com provides tremendous convenience to our customers and travelers. The best price promise announced today will reassure our customers that they will get maximum values for using this versatile information and service platform," said Ms Sara Thorley, British Airways Manager, China.
ba.com, the global portal of British Airways, offers a complete suite of features from booking tickets, hotels and car hire, to online check-in, seat selection and destination information. Its integrated offering is now fully available in simplified Chinese. Arranged under four headings: Flights and More; Manage My Booking; Information and Executive Club, the website offers every customer the user-friendly facilities and information to ensure convenient and hassle-free travel.
